You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are provided only in accordance with our refund policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Euriqo for:

  • Harassment, abuse, or harm to others
  • Transmitting malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Impersonating any person or entity

5. Intellectual Property

Euriqo and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Euriqo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without written permission.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Euriqo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
